COACHING DOCUMENTS

If you don't already have one, create a Personal Client VIP FB or IG Group that you can add your Client to when they have finished the program.
See Day 32 of Client Tracker.
STEP ONE
Ask your Client to fill out their Why and the Goal Setting Sheets, and keep them in a folder, so you can refer to them while following up. Have them download the Cheat Sheet.
They will need to print, fill out and scan or send photos of them them back to you.
If they don't have a printer, they can type their answers to you on a separate doc.
Schedule a Strategy session where you review the documents with them before the 30 Days THL starts.
STEP TWO
List Each Client you are coaching on this Client Tracker and Follow up as per Instructions outlined
on the document  and in the Client Support Guide.
To be super prepared, add a note in your calendar, and set a reminder  for each day you need to follow up.

Text or call: Ensure Client has everything they need
1 Day Before
Call: Talk with your Client about their goals for the
30 days so that you know how to support( Review Goal Sheets)
Day 1 of Program
Call: Review Client’s first day of Healthy Living;
explain typical day of eating
Day 3 of Program
Text: Check in to ask how Client is feeling
Day 5 of Program
Call: Check in to ask if the Client is equipped for the weekend
Day 8 of Program
Call: Kick off Week 2 and check in with your Client
Day 13 of Program
Call: Discuss the CleanTox Gentle Cleanse (if applicable)
Day 15 of Program
Text or call: Ask Client if they’d like to get together
for a walk or cup of CleanTox Herbal Tea (or Virtual Visit)
Day 16 of Program
Text: Check in and ask how Client is feeling
Day 22 of Program
Call: Ask if Client is running low on product and discuss Client’s results so far
Day 29 of Program
Text or call: Offer skincare samples- Refer them to Beyond 30 Days
Day 30 of Program
Call: Offer congratulations
Day 31 of Program
Call: Ask Client for referrals and book a Discover Arbonne
Day 32 of Program
Add Client to any team or personal social media groups to stay connected
