STEP ONE
Ask your Client to fill out their Why and the Goal Setting Sheets, and keep them in a folder, so you can refer to them while following up.
They will need to print, fill out and scan or send photos of them them back to you.
If they don't have a printer, they can type their answers to you on a separate doc.
Schedule a Strategy session where you review the documents with them before the 30 Days THL starts.

List Each Client you are coaching on this Client Tracker and Follow up as per Instructions outlined
on the document and in the Client Support Guide.
To be super prepared, add a note in your calendar, and set a reminder for each day you need to follow up.

Add your clients to the 30-day journeys 24 hours before they begin the program to ensure your follow up reminders are in sync with their progress through the program.
